MAGNETIC STIRRING

There are described the main parameters to be taken when choosing the model:

  • Stirring power: It is expressed in the equivalent in water liters, being an empirical value because it depends of the viscosity.
  • Recommended maximum volume: Is volume in which the level of agitation with water, reaches an optimal level.
  • Viscosity: LOW, when is similar to the water. MEDIUM, when is similar to the olive oil. HIGHT, when is similar to silicone oil. VERY HIGHT, when is similar to emulsions, pastes and creams.
  • Maximum Ø recipient: It Indicates the maximum diameter of the recipient to be stirred, depending on the stirrer useful area or the heating plate diameter, or the separation distance inter-points in multipoint magnetic stirrers.
  • Points situation: Only for the multipoint magnetic stirrers, STANDARD the stirring point are placed in rows of 3 points, LINEAR 4 or 6 stirring points in just one line.

Description

The housings are made of stainless steel with non-slip working top area, to prevent the small recipients from moving; a hole allows to insert a support bar (accessory AX-99). They are supplied with a PTFE coated magnetic bar. The speed regulation is analogic. They have a very high magnetic power, with magnets made of a special alloy with magnetic and mechanical balance by laser, to reduce the vibrations and eccentric rotation. TheANS-001 does not accept the AX-99 stative. There are the accessory AX-97 bar Ø12x150mm M-10. The ANS-100, has a plastic housing without the hole for the bar.

BATTERY MAGNETIC STIRRER

    It is a magnetic stirrer that can work with a rechargeable battery and 230Vac.
  • Technical data
    Stainless steel housing with an anti-slide top, with a hole to insert a bar (accessory AX-97). Analogic speed control. Very high magnetic power, with magnets made of a special alloy, magnetic and mechanical balanced by laser to reduce the vibrations and the eccentric rotation. Supplied with a PTFE

ANTI-CORROSION & IMMERSION MAGNETIC STIRRER

  • Description
    It’s a magnetic stirrer specially intended to work with corrossive products and immersion applications.
  • Technical data
    The body is made of PTFE, provided with a hole to insert a bar (access. AX-99), a M10 female screw to allow to insert a rear bar (Access. AX-97, AX-98) who allows to hang it. The stirring body is separated from the power supply. Analogic speed control. Extra magnetic power, magnets made of a special alloy with magnetic and mechanical balance by laser to reduce the vibrations and eccentric rotation. Supplied with a PTFE coated magnetic bar.

Description: It’s a magnetic stirrer specially developed for culture flasks at low speed, to not damage the cells.

ANS-010 CREAMS & PASTES MAGNETIC STIRRER

    It’s a magnetic stirrer specially developed to stir products with very high viscosity like creams, pastes, honey and gels.
  • Technical data
    Extra hight stirring power equivalent to 50 liters of water. Intended for very hight viscosity products. Maximum volume recommended 2L.Stainless steel housing with an adjustable fixing system for recipients of max Ø150mm, to prevent it from moving when the product viscosity is very high. Extra magnetic power, special alloy magnet with magnetic and mechanical balance to reduce the vibrations, and eccentric rotation, it’s supplied with a special magnet.
